This sepia toned black and white DETROIT ATHLETIC CLUB DAC photo print picture photograph is made from the restored original historic vintage Detroit Athletic Club black and white photo/negative from about 1915, about the time that this historic Detroit Athletic Club began. In this exceptional DAC black and white photo print you can see the wonderful vintage Model A and Model T cars parked around this historic Detroit structure. The Detroit Athletic Club shown pictured in this Detroit photograph officially opened in April 1915. A group of of Detroit's prominent automotive and industrial leaders commissioned famous architect Albert Kahn to design this magnificent six story clubhouse that stands today on Madison Avenue in the center of Detroit's sports and theatre district. Past Presidents of The Detroit Athletic Club include such prominent Detroit names as Briggs, Fisher, Knudsen, and Townsend. This would be a great picture photograph of The Detroit Athletic Club Building to hang in the office or den of a member of this exclusive and historic Detroit Athletic Club.
